| Salon Hive guarantees shipment of all in-stock orders within 24 hours from the time the order is received. | Should a case arise where the product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you via email to inform you of the delay. | SHIPPING CARRIERS All orders will be shipped via Fedex, UPS, or US Postal Service. Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee that your order will be shipped via a specific method when you choose standard delivery unless you have a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO address. All P.O. Box or APO/FPO orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service. |

| HAZARDOUS MATERIALS Certain products contain material considered "Hazardous Materials" (HAZMAT) by the US Department of Transportation (DOT). For example, aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. hairspray, nail polish remover, pressurized spray cans, etc. are required by the US DOT to be shipped by ground transport due to air transportation restrictions and regulations. For your convenience, all products that fall under the HAZMAT classification are so noted on the MyHairStylingTools.com website. Customers, therefore, should select the Standard Shipping option for HAZMAT items. In addition, if your order contains more than one item, and one of such items is considered HAZMAT, unless you select the Standard Shipping option your order will be divided among the accelerated delivery option for the non-HAZMAT item, and Standard Shipping for the HAZMAT item. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship HAZMAT items on International orders. |
